Terms & privacy

Last updated October 11, 2026. Snapsake runs seasonal photo collections, including Haunt My Photo (Halloween). Short version: use your own photo (or one you have permission to use), we make costume images with AI, and we delete everything after 7 days.

What you're buying

A digital pack of AI-generated Halloween costume images based on the photo you upload. Nothing is printed or shipped. AI results vary, so images are artistic interpretations, not exact likenesses.

Your photo

• Only upload a photo of yourself, your pet, or someone who has given you permission.
• Everyone in the photo must be 18 or older.
• Don't upload nudity or anything you don't have the right to use.

Using your images

You can download, share and post your images for personal use. Please don't use them to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone.

Redos, and no refunds

You see a free preview before you pay, and your photos are digital files delivered right after payment, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.

Don't love a photo? Tap Redo under it on your order page to remake it free (once per photo), with an optional note on what to change. If a photo doesn't come out at all, you can retry it from the same page.

Your own changes

You can add a short note to change a look (for example the outfit or a prop). The same rules apply: no nudity, no kids, no gore or weapons, and no real people or brands. We may skip changes that break these rules.

Privacy

• Your photo is used only to make your images.
• Email is optional. If you give it, we use it to send your preview link. We may send up to three reminders about your preview; every email has an unsubscribe link. We only send news about new looks if you tick the box for it.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Your photo, preview and images are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• We never sell your data or use your photos to train AI.
